9/27 Keyboarding Lesson 2

1. Take a Typing Test to find out how many words per minute can be typed

2. Use Microsoft Micro Type to develop proper keyboarding techniques and build or improve basic speed and accuracy.

3. Add Daily Journal entry and finish Inspiration project

9/28 Bits and Bytes Lesson 3

1. Find out how information travels through the computer based on only 2 commands: on & off  : Lesson 3 Bits and Bytes

2. Learn the the terms associated with the binary code and add vocabulary to notebook using this website: Yasmin's Room

3. Understand how 8 bits make up a byte.  Bits control the on, off commands of the computer (0= off, 1 = on).  Convert between KB, MB, GB and complete worksheets as reinforcement.
