1. Observe and discuss the 5 materials in different environments to determine whether they are living, nonliving or dormant

2. Review Life in Different Environments to discuss how the yeast came out of dormancy in a sugar water environment, brine shrimp needed a salt environments and the best environment for the radish seeds was the fresh water environment

3. Set up mini ponds with outdoor materials for later observation
